Streamlight Siege Lantern Announcement
World renowned flashlight manufacturer Streamlight is poised to bring a new LED lantern to market, the Streamlight Siege Lantern. This compact camping lantern will produce 340 lumens in high with a 30 hour run time. Let’s take a closer look:

The Streamlight Siege Lantern will have both a white and a red LED, so you can use it for general illumination (white) or for illumination while preserving your night vision (red). The 3 D-cell alkaline batteries will give you an long run time of up to 295 hours – great for an extended power outage.
One of the coolest features of the Siege lantern is that you can hang it either upright or inverted with the integrated D-rings on the top and bottom of the lantern. You can remove the housing around the LED if you want a less diffused beam. The on/off button also acts as battery status indicator, changing from green, to yellow, to red, to flashing red as the batteries get weaker.
